Common Questions

Do our members need to be "tech-savvy"?
Not at all. We built VerifyGo to be as simple as sending a picture on WhatsApp. Members just log in, select the payment purpose, and attach a screenshot of their bank transfer.
Does VerifyGo handle the actual money?
No. We do not touch your cooperative's bank accounts. Members still transfer money directly to the cooperative's official bank account. VerifyGo is the record-keeping and verification layer.
How long does it take to get started?
Setup takes under an hour. Register your organisation, set your admin password, and start onboarding members. You can bulk-import your entire member register from a CSV file.
Is our financial data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in Supabase — an enterprise-grade cloud database with row-level security, encrypted at rest and in transit. Only authorised users in your organisation can access your records.
